The air coolers produced by our company are suitable for industries such as metallurgy, power, chemical, mining, and light industry machinery. Especially in areas with water scarcity or severe industrial water pollution, the use of air instead of water cooling liquids in air coolers reduces industrial water consumption and eliminates pollution, thus enabling the application of air coolers.

Single metal finned tubes and bimetallic composite finned tubes


Single metal finned tubes are rolled from aluminum tubes as a whole, with contact thermal resistance, high strength, thermal and mechanical vibration, thermal expansion, and considerable expansion heat transfer surface. The heat exchanger made of this type of finned tube is a widely used heat exchanger. Double metal composite finned tube is a type of copper and aluminum tube (or steel pipe, aluminum tube; or stainless steel pipe, aluminum tube) that is rolled out after being composite. It has advantages such as tight bonding, low thermal resistance, heat transfer energy, high strength, small flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and is not easy to deform under long-term cold and hot working conditions, as well as long working life. The integral rolled fins are prickly and wrinkled, easy to clean, and can easily remove condensation water on the surface of the fins during wet cooling in heating and air conditioning engineering. They are less prone to dust and scaling in drying heating and other heat exchange situations.

Standard classification of finned tube materials:


1. Rao fin tube


The wound finned tubes are all made of (steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.) strip wound tubes, which are mechanically wound to form a spiral shape with three different pitches: 3.2mm "R", 4.2mm "M", and 6.5mm "T". R spacing, with small spacing and large heat dissipation area, has a large heat dissipation capacity; M spacing, with a larger spacing, resulting in lower heat dissipation and air resistance; T spacing is suitable for situations with high steam pressure and low air temperature rise.


2. Squeezed (rolled) finned tubes (basically using this form -)


The fins of the rolled finned tube are smooth, prickly, wrinkled, beautiful, bright, and easy to clean. When used as components of air heaters and surface coolers, it is easy to remove surface condensation water, and is not easy to form dust and scale in drying, heating, and other occasions. The fins of the rolled finned tube are transverse and trapezoidal, resulting in high strength of the fins and expanding the heat dissipation surface, thereby maximizing the utilization of materials.


Single metal rolled finned tubes are made by rolling aluminum tubes as a whole, which have contact resistance, thermal shock and mechanical vibration, thermal expansion and energy, and have a considerable expanded heat transfer surface. Various types of heat exchangers and heaters made of this type of finned tube are obviously different from radiators made of series, wound, and cast iron. In addition, compared with the wound tube, the bimetallic aluminum rolled tube has excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. It can withstand water pressure cleaning of 4.0 MPa, and the fins will not collapse. The base tube of the bimetallic aluminum rolled tube can be selected based on the corrosion of the fluid inside the tube and the processing technology. The base tube can be made of carbon steel, purple copper, stainless steel tube, etc.


3. String finned tube


String finned tube refers to a TLS type high heat exchanger (commonly known as a surface cooler) that connects (carbon steel, copper, stainless steel) tubes with (aluminum, copper, stainless steel) fins. The finned tube used for air cooler tube replacement adopts a mechanical expansion tube and a bridge type double flipped aluminum rib structure. The mechanical expansion tube makes the copper tube and aluminum ribs in close contact, and the bridge type slot can promote fluid turbulence, damage the boundary layer, and improve the heat transfer coefficient- The inlet structure, combined with the waterway stroke, reasonable design of pipe spacing and fin spacing, enables the finned tubes used in the air cooler to have heat transfer energy, low air resistance, compact structure, and light weight. The finned tube used for air cooler tube replacement can be applied in engineering such as air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, heating, etc. It is a supporting product of fan units and air handling units, and can also be connected to the air duct for cooling or heating purposes.


KL type air cooler - capable of:


The KL type air cooler produced by Lianyungang Lingdong has a bimetallic rolled sheet structure, with a bimetallic base tube made of copper and a fin tube made of aluminum. The use of bimetallic finned tubes has the advantages of cooling, low thermal resistance, anti vibration, and can control the temperature rise of the generator within 105 ° C. Compared with the spring coil air cooler, the bimetallic copper and aluminum composite rolling coil air cooler has the following advantages: larger heat dissipation area (increased by 50%), higher cooling capacity (increased by 20%~30%), lower air resistance (decreased by 20%), and its performance remains basically unchanged with the increase of service life. Therefore, the bimetallic rolling coil air cooler is a substitute product for the spring coil air cooler.


Basic form of air cooler:


The basic forms of air coolers include: sleeve type, wound plate type, rolled plate type, welded plate type, elliptical tube type, inlaid plate type, turbulent flow type, spoke air cooler type, slotted corrugated form. The pipe box structure of air coolers mainly includes flange type, pipe plug type, and manifold type- General flange type is used for low pressure, pipe plug type and manifold type are used for high pressure.


Air cooler cleaning method:


The cleaning method for air coolers is due to the high content of calcium, magnesium ions, and acidic carbonates in the cooling water. When the cooling water flows through the metal surface, carbonate is generated. In addition, oxygen dissolved in cooling water can cause metal corrosion and form rust. Due to the generation of rust and scale, the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser decreases. In severe cases, cooling water must be sprayed outside the shell, and scaling can clog the pipes, rendering the heat exchange ineffective. The research data shows that scale deposits have a significant impact on heat transfer losses, and an increase in sediment can lead to an increase in energy costs. Even a thin layer of scale will increase the operating cost of the equipment scaling part by more than 40%. Maintaining a cooling channel free of mineral deposits can greatly improve efficiency, save energy, prolong equipment usage, and save production time and costs. For a long time, traditional cleaning methods such as mechanical methods (scraping, brushing), high-pressure water, and chemical cleaning (acid washing) have encountered many problems when cleaning equipment: they cannot remove deposits such as scale, acid can cause corrosion to the equipment, form holes, and residual acid can cause secondary corrosion or corrosion under the scale, ultimately leading to equipment replacement. In addition, there is cleaning waste liquid, which requires a large amount of funds for wastewater treatment.
